The building recently underwent an eco-friendly renovation : hot water and heating are generated by a heat pump. Electricity is supplied by the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof. This nice, comfortable, spacious (about 60 m²) and tastefully furnished apartment is at the ground floor of a two-family house located on the road leading into the stunning Valle Verzasca. The large terrace allows you to take advantage of the long summer evenings immersed in nature and tranquility.

Our Casa Rossa offers an independent apartment with the Grottino. It is a studio and has no separate rooms, see photos. For our guests, it is a space for retreat, relaxation, comfort, own kitchen, sunny living area with garden seating, very central location, proximity to public transport (5 min.), close to the lake, suitable for couples or families with small children (cot available). Hi there! My cozy, modern apartment is located in the old town of Ascona, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza di Ascona, the popular café-lined promenade along Lake Maggiore. The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. Apartment with private garden and open view of Lake Maggiore, the Magadino plain and various mountains. It is equipped with air conditioning and private parking. It is located in Gordola on a hill and it is recommended to reach it by car. The location is great for relaxing, but also for reaching the lake (10 minutes by car), the river in Verzasca Valley (10 minutes by car) or Locarno (10 minutes by car). In addition, you can walk to interesting mountain trails.

Casa Cecilia, a house of the late 1800s, full of happiness to share. We renovated it with great care while maintaining an authentic and welcoming ambience. The house is located in the quiet old town of Losone San Giorgio. Enjoy the wonderful Ticino atmosphere and the hospitality of the Bertola's. From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.
