Josip is a wonderful host and we enjoyed our stay in Zadar. He always responded fast with our queries in a friendly way. The check in and check out were flexible and easy. The instructions were clear. I would recommend Josip's place to others.

Perfect! The nickel communication, if we needed something we had it, it responded directly. The place was super clean, the pool maintained EVERY day without “bothering” us. When we arrived there was drinking and eating in the fridge. All essential amenities were present. Andrea had sent recommendations for activities or restaurants to do, the villa has an amazing and unobstructed view, the sun hits the pool well and it made the house super bright. The pool was heated, we were able to swim even at 11pm, it was perfect. The village is quiet, our neighbors were sheep and chickens, it was peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation is 20 minutes from Zadar and 1.5 hours from Split, the shops are also quite close. I think it's essential to rent a car. Anyway, I recommend this place 100%. It was all just great and we are thrilled! The terrace is absolutely amazing, the location is great and it is really nice and quiet on the beach and not overcrowded. The sea is only removed from the property by a small street and from the terrace you can also see the sea. In the evening there are the most beautiful sunsets. The place itself is super nice and the amenities are really perfect. There is a small dishwasher, coffee maker and even an air fryer. Everything is really exactly as seen in the photos. Maja has always been available for us. The wifi had problems in one day and someone came by and fixed it within an hour. We are just thrilled and had a wonderful vacation with four of us. (2 Adult & 2 kids.)

Apartment was really spacious close to shops, beach and the centre of the town. Allan was helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
