Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Many destinations in the Harz are not far from here. From here, you can reach many attractions within 1 hour. Not far from the Auerberg, with its Josephskreuz lookout tower – the lookout tower with the largest iron double cross in the world – lies the tranquil, nature-surrounded village of Rotha, with its 350 inhabitants.

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. The house on the outskirts of the city with extensive property offers you peace and quiet. It is located directly on the bike and hiking trail to the Goldene Aue. The lake landscape is only a few minutes away by bike. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is very quiet and idyllic. The garden with seating and lounging options may of course be used. You can park your vehicles safely on the property.

An open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a fireplace invites you to enjoy convivial evenings. Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Another sleeping option is in the living area on a pull-out couch. You have direct access to the lake. There is also the possibility of a crib and a high chair. SUP and canoe can be rented on site.
