The apartment near the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Bauhaus Dessau" is located very centrally on the short route between Dessau main station and the Bauhaus and opposite the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. The paths to the city centre and many sights are short and within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous amenities such as a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, organic shop, and restaurants. There are four apartments and two doctors' offices in the building, behind which there is a car park that is locked at night.

The holiday apartment is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It offers an unobstructed view to the south, across the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen–diner with a sofa bed, a terrace, and a private garden. On the first floor, you will find the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with a welcoming shower. Floor area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m². Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 m²) can also be rented. Three additional persons can be accommodated there.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Whether as a trip with family or friends, a small trip for two or a vacation by bike, everyone will find their time out here. Since Tucheim is close to the Elbe Cycle Route, the accommodation is also ideal for cyclists. But our apartment is also a cozy accommodation and quiet overnight stay for business travelers and fitters.
