Our family house built in 1728, just renoved in 2019, offers a perfect spot for holidays and weekend, for quality time with large families or friends gathering. Close to the nature, with a large garden, in the middle of fields and forest, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside with style and confort. This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

The small house

Located 20 minutes from Chartres and 40 minutes from Orléans in a peaceful village with all shops 2km away. The brand-new accommodation is located on a quiet, wooded plot, where you will find our friendly dwarf goats in their enclosure. With direct access to the equestrian center and city stadium. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and living room with convertible sofa. Upstairs: a landing serving two bedrooms with a double bed, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Pack your bags and enjoy a stay at this fully renovated detached house, designed for your comfort. You will be seduced by its green environment: a pleasant wooded park, with a small body of water shared during the day with the clientele of the restaurant located in the same place. In the evening, the place finds all its calm (the restaurant is closed in the evening). Easy to access, the accommodation is conveniently located near the RN 154 while remaining away from the hustle and bustle.
