I welcome you on the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room sleeps 3 people, with a double bed in 140 and a single bed, wifi and TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private at the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilets at the entrance of the house are in common.

In the heart of nature, our cottage is located on the border of Indre and Creuse with a Wi-Fi connection (Orange box/4G network). Nearest train stations: CHÂTEAUROUX or GUÉRET. On the ground floor, accessible to anyone with reduced mobility: equipped fitted kitchen open to a 60 m² living room, dining room equipped with a stove, living room with 1 sofa + 1 sofa bed for 2 people, bedroom for 2 people (160 cm bed), toilet, bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink), laundry room.

The studio is adjacent to our house. The independent entrance overlooks a separate plot of land from ours. You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

"La Retirance" Quiet country house

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
