House in the heart of Auvergne.

House near the motorway exit, adjoining my property, 2 km from Châtel-Guyon, in a small village in Auvergne. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a terrace. Sauna €10 for 30 minutes, up to 4 people. Swimming pool: 2 hours for guests staying 1 night and 4 hours for stays longer than 1 night. Times to be agreed upon your arrival. Located about 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and 40 minutes from Vichy. Do not contact me about renting the pool for the day.

Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into an independent studio with all the amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree vacation; open space with kitchen, sitting area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be off their leash. In a separate part of the garden is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

Authentic French farmyard with various options. Swimming pool, hot tub, table tennis, sauna, go-karts, duck rental, mountain bikes, trampolines, swing, adventure park 4 km away. Pizza oven on the premises where pizza is baked weekly by the owner. Beautiful views over the valley, away from the hustle and bustle, relax with your family. Sheep and Limousine cows in the meadow and at dusk the deer dart around. The property includes 7 hectares of forest, in the evening a nice campfire!

Located on the outskirts of Montluçon, in a quiet residential area, Maison Montplaisir is the perfect place to enjoy quality time with family or friends. Fully furnished and equipped, with 5 beautiful bedrooms and capacity for up to 12 guests The living area opens out onto the terraces and a delightful heated swimming pool (up to 29°C from June to mid-September). Bakery 200 m away, shops nearby Key box for late arrivals Loud evening events are not permitted.

In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

Come and spend a delightful time in a comfortable wooden chalet on a large enclosed plot, with private swimming pool and Nordic bath. Ideal for families: children's hut, garage and parking. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two large terraces to enjoy the calm. 7 km from Guéret and at the foot of the Chabrières forest, ideal for hiking, trail and mountain biking (700 km marked). Wolf park and giant labyrinth within 5 km.

Le Moulin de Verrines. (6 people-pool)

Come and discover the Moulin de Verrines, in Creuse! It is a fully restored 19th century building housed in a green and calm setting. A fully equipped cottage for 4 to 6 people awaits you. Swimming pool open from mid-May, 2x400 Mb fiber optics, linens, bath towels and sheets are provided. Some dates are blocked, but if they match the dates you are interested in, please let us know.

Small 30 m2 studio, completely refurbished, adjoining our main home. Ideally located on the RN 145 Guéret – Montluçon, this pretty studio offers all the comforts necessary for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Independent entrance, studio on the first floor serving entrance, bathroom (with bathtub) and main room comprising a fully equipped kitchenette and a very good sofa bed.
