Our goal is to provide the best possible welcome to travelers passing through, within a reasonable budget. Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. Bus lines L109 - Labège or L6 and 81 - Toulouse via the metro are 100 m away. Security cam outside.

A very nice, calm apartment to come home to after a day of visiting, or working. High quality furniture and installations. Italian-style shower. Large, high quality sofa-bed (160*190*16cm).

This 53m2 home is on the edge of the Nature Reserve. With family or friends, it will allow you to enjoy a stay borrowed from nature, visits or rest. Its 100 m² garden will allow you to enjoy convivial moments. The river and its natural beach are a 5-minute walk away. 20 minutes from Toulouse, it is also well located for visiting cities like Albi (1h), Carcassonne (1h15) and Gruissan (1st beach in the Mediterranean at 1h45). Ideally located, you have direct access to the expressway allowing you to reach Toulouse in less than 20 minutes.

Your arrival can be completely autonomous if you wish, with flexible arrival and departure times, in the middle of the day, in the evening or in the morning.
