It is located on a large natural plot with Denmark's best beach only 30 meters away. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and enjoy the sun on the many wooden terraces or in the hammock. It is possible to rent a sauna tent with a wood stove, which can be set up in the garden. NOTE: Guests are requested to bring bed linens, towels, etc. And electricity is settled upon departure.

The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

Hafenkoje 1 (ground floor) Very cozy, new and modern equipped apartment; including in-house sauna in the romantic closed courtyard. For the use of the sauna, please have 3 x €2- € coins. It then runs for 2 hours and then switches off automatically. A highlight - large mobile outdoor kitchen. Outdoor cooking fun guaranteed! You are located in the northeast of the Hanseatic city of Rostock, directly and only 15 minutes' walk from the Warnow, 10-15 minutes' drive from Warnemünde beach. The Baltic Sea beach in Markgrafenheide, Hohe Düne or Graal Müritz can also be reached in about 20 minutes by car without problems. The city center can also be reached in about 10 minutes via the highway (A19) and federal highway (B105). Shopping facilities can be reached in just 5 minutes by car from the apartment.

Wortshaus: Illustration & apartment with sauna

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Gutleben country house - lots of flair, sauna and nature

This house found us! By chance, this old farmhouse was offered to us furnished for sale in 2019. We immediately fell in love with the lovingly furnished house, the enchanting garden and the unique location at the end of a 1.5 km long asphalted cul-de-sac surrounded by fields. As a sailor, I, Peter, love the unobstructed expanse, the wind, the silence, the proximity to nature. I found all this here together with my wife Denise - almost our anchorage on land.
