The villa is located in a secluded area and is about 200 meters from the village It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part, which is dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. There are eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables at your disposal.

The kitchen and the living/dinning area are situated in the center, between the two mobile homes with an exit to the partially covered terrace and grill area with a view over the swimming pool and the front part of the property. Pool terrace offers a nice sea view.
