Holiday rentals with beach access in Grad Krk

We were out of season / end of October and November. There were very few people in the climbing sectors, beaches, and cities . The apartment met our expectations , it was absolutely perfect , well-equipped kitchen , large terrace , great bathroom . Peace and quiet . Great communication with your host. I highly recommend this place which is perfectly located .

We had a very enjoyable stay at OLIVE APARTMENT! The apartment was clean, modern and very well equipped – we immediately felt comfortable. The location is quiet yet close to the center, perfect for a relaxing holiday on Krk. The personal contact with Ivan was particularly positive – very friendly, helpful and attentive. We can only recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back!

We spent 2 weeks in Pinezici. The place is very nice-good base for excursions around the island( Krk, Vrbnik, Baska, Stara Baska, Malinska,Silo) The owners were very kind and helpful(the owner encouraged to collect figs in the garden that was very tasty:) ). The Kiwi terrace is an impression of the view from it is great we admired it at breakfast and dinner :). The minus is a lot of distance from the nearest beach because about 800m - with children only a car and early in the morning because there are no parking spaces.- Generally, you have to take into account that we get around the island by car. Another drawback is the condition of the furniture is old furniture - the standard of the apartment is not high, but the price was not excessive - but I did not mind. It was a bit that there was little light inside, but well, you can't have everything:) The overall rating was very good we had a very nice time - too short. This is an excellent apartment with a great location. We enjoyed our stay. The large and spacious apartment has an excellent balcony overlooking the street and marina. There are many restaurants and cafes next to the apartment. The host is wonderful, very nice and accommodating.

Very spacious house in a secluded area but quite convenient for exploring all the surroundings. Owners who live downstairs are friendly and very kind! Great stay!

Martina is a very friendly and helpful person and her home is a nice cottage in a residential area. The spaces are very comfortable, there is a dishwasher and television (no Italian channels) and a patio equipped with table and deckchair. The sea is reached with a walk of about a kilometer and the cove below is really delightful and great for snorkeling lovers. The only flaw of the stay was the mosquitoes. However, I would gladly return to this home.

Beautiful place and a great host. Perfect place for people who are independent, with a car and bikes or who like to walk long distances. This was exactly what we needed and expected. The host couldn’t do anything better.

We had a great time this week in Kornič, Marko was impeccable, attentive to our every need and always ready to respond to our requests! We found a relaxed and relaxing environment, clean and quiet with all the comforts we expected. Pleasant surprises were the welcome drinks, a bag of grapes 🍇 from the garden found on the door when returning from the beach (also very welcome by our little girl) and a souvenir that Marko left us when we left for home! The kind of attention that makes a difference! We will definitely recommend it, and if we return to Krk on vacation we will gladly return here!

A home surrounded by a garden with local plants, herbs, and pine trees. Possibility to spread the linens under the trees, take a shower outdoors, wash the dog on the way back from the sea. In the house everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. An out of time experience with many comforts of our times. Very nice

The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

best location to reach the old town, with several big plus like the balcony with an amazing view on the city, the parking inside the court just in front of the appartament if you come by car, and the amazing smiling grandma welcoming us! we couldn t ask more for our stai!

A very nice apartment, with a lot of love for detail. We as a family felt comfortable for the 5 days. The garden is also very nice and the beach is just down the stairs.

Viktorija and her husband have always been very kind and welcoming. Beli is a village of the past and I fell in love with the second beach of the village, quiet and surrounded by nature. The place is thoughtfully furnished and very functional. The apartments are located in the highest house in the country just above the Pension Tramontana. My husband took a couple of dives and had a great time with Diving on the beach. If you want to eat at home, I recommend shopping at the Plodine di Cres before you arrive, but the small shop near the beach is still well-stocked.

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

A really beautiful house, with an amazing terrace and in a very nice place. Very raccomanded!!

Everything was perfect.

We were completely satisfied. I liked the view best. The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything you need is available. The apartment is located directly on the promenade, from where you can take a nice long walk along the coast and restaurants are also directly accessible.

Comfortable and clean apartment, well-equipped outdoor area. The owner is very helpful and very attentive to make the guest feel at ease. She took care to let us keep the parking space free and x the whole vacation was interested in how it went. She gave us a gift when we arrived and when we left.
