Basement studio This studio is located in the basement of the house but has natural light from 2 windows. It does not have direct access to outdoor but from a stairs you can access to the garden and the heated swimming pool. The studio has everything you need for your stay, kitchen, bath room, 4k smart TV (Netflix, Amazon prime, ...) The house has 5 apartments and one studio and is 100m from the sea. My place is close to centre, family-friendly activities. First restaurant is just 3mins walk.

Apartman je u suterenu obiteljske kuće, što osigurava ugodnu temperaturu po ljeti, no ipak sa dovoljno danjeg svjetla. U dvoristu je besplatan parking. Plaža je udaljena 250 m. Do centra Grada Krka moguće je doći za deset minuta šetnjom uz more. Gosti apartmana imaju svoj dio okućnice, ležaljke, stol i stolice, roštilj, tuš u dvorištu, parkiralište i spremište za bicikle i ostalu opremu. The living room leads to a large terrace. There is also a barbecue area. On the first floor there are three double rooms, three bathrooms and a balcony. This newly renovated apartment is situated on the ground floor, 5 minutes away from the city center. It's big and spacious with a small balcony on one side and a terrace on the other. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a couch that can be made into a bed. Since it can get really hot during the summer, we provided the apartment with two air conditions.
