It was the first time I've been to an Airbnb. I felt very comfortable there, everything you needed was there. It was decorated with a lot of love. Clean and tidy. All the necessary information was also there. Even if it was only for one night I would come back anytime.

We felt extremely comfortable in the very well-equipped and well-kept apartment. Eva could only "replenish" something with the dishes. The only downside in the otherwise very quiet apartment despite the super central location was the event location next door, in which a celebration with very loud music took place until deep into the night on Saturdays. Here, the city should pay a little more attention to the observance of quiet hours and noise levels. Nevertheless, we can highly recommend the apartment and host Eva.

An excellent place to stay for both a short and long term. The house is very clean and comfortable, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Place seemed sketchy at first but is an amazing place. Great city and community just absolutely loved it. Beautiful bathroom as well as kitchen. Had everything we needed, couldn’t ask for anything else.

We had a great stay. The apartment is located very close to city center. Vlastimil was a great host.. very helpful and proactive as well as responsive. The apartment is decently done. Bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. Apartment offered sufficient space for our family of 4.. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the apartment and also appreciated Vlastimil 's hospitality.

The apartment is quietly located, has a large parking space and I can easily find. There is an animal park and pub nearby as well as a small playground. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped.

For our annual family reunion with six adults and one child, Lucia's cottage was perfect. There was everything we needed and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area. Kulmbach is not far away, Bayreuth is also easily accessible. A special highlight for us was a visit to Lucia's nearby farm with just born adorable little calves.

Felix's place is a true gem where you can feel the attention to detail and the care he has invested. We would always like to return to his charming inn. The location is also ideal to take wonderful hikes and explore the picturesque Fichtel Mountains from there. Felix himself is a superb host. Not only has valuable tips for the area, he already provided an immediate feeling of welcome and home with his warm welcome.

Good location, hassle-free check-in, spacious, clean accommodations with necessary amenities. Good contact with the host.

We had a great weekend at cottage Klaus. Cleanliness even exceeds hotels! This house was completely renovated with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. For a longer stay, we would certainly have used the great garden and outdoor lighting. We can 100% recommend the house!

The hostess was super nice and often sought personal contact, which we really liked. She was practically always available to us for questions or similar. The house is exceptionally well equipped for a vacation home with everything the family needs. The location is very quiet and therefore we were able to relax well. Definitely recommended!

The House is located right next to a small lake with very beautiful scenary. Quite place. The house is very clean, with all kitchen ware availible. Most surprisingly the welcome bread and fruit from Fabian, who is a very nice landlord. We will visit again next year!

The place was amazing! Everything was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, there was really nothing missing. Communication with Elvira was also excellent – she always responded quickly and very friendly. An absolutely recommended apartment!

Thank you so much for allowing us to flexibly top up from one to two guests-the apartment was nice, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed. As coffee junkies, the coffee provided brought us well over the days. All in all, we felt very comfortable in beautiful Bayreuth. We will be happy to come back! Christine

It was a great apartment! Very clean and maintained. Check-in went smoothly because all the necessary instructions were given. The bedding was clean, there is even a robot vacuum cleaner that can be used as needed. There is nothing to complain about. The only thing missing was an elevator, as the apartment is on the third floor (suitcase), but this cannot be attributed to the host:)

Nice apartment, quite big and clean. Easy to find. But supermarket and restaurant a bit far if you don't have a car i don't suggest stay this town. Public transportation not often running.
