Perfect! We felt at home, all as described in the listing. We love it.

The roof is wonderful and quite spacious, with everything in good taste and quality! Town council still has a large terrace, overlooking the city. Good mattresses, extra covers, heating in all apt, kitchen equipped with utensils, refrigerator already had bottles of water, in addition to leaving an umbrella. We don't miss anything! We ordered breakfast in the apartment, which was well worth it. Impeccable location, in front of the “Rua Torta”. Communication always easy. We would definitely return! Thank You, Ana :)

The apartment is located in a very quiet area and in a condominium that provides a lot of security. The area has several restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the center where more services are located. The apartment is very comfortable and functional, we were 5 people and we were very comfortable.

We love the Airbnb stay experience. The apartment is excellent, we find the place clean, located in front of the bus station and Fornos de Gramado near Rua Torta . Located well located, we can go the indoor street and main attractions of the city on foot even , we were with a 7-year-old and a 13-year-old . I recommend this apartment , excellent .

The apartment is comfortable and with fast internet. It could have a little more utensils (wine glasses, dish cloth, detergent and sponge), but it would just be suggested something additional. The location is excellent, next to the crooked street and close to markets, snack bars, restaurants, the indoor street etc. From the balcony of the 414 you can see the building of the Hard Hock Café. Very quiet and quiet place. We congratulate the owners and their employees for their care and attention.

Certainly, if not the best, one of the best places to stay in Gramado, a super complete resort with great structure. As for the room, it fully meets the expectations expected of an accommodation of this standard, not to mention that it is on the 4th floor with a large balcony. Host responds quickly and answers all questions, super fast and easy check-in and checkout, I recommend it without a doubt.

I highly recommend this apartment! It is a hotel, with reception, room service, breakfast, swimming pool, very good wifi, among other amenities. The room has central heating, super comfortable on cold days! The bathroom is very nice too. We use the extra beds, we stayed in 4 people in the apartment, we settled very well. The hotel reception is sensational, super careful and attentive. Breakfast should be ordered separately, but it's really worth it. There is also the heated and covered pool, with scheduling, it is also worth it if you are staying more days in the apt. Anyway, it was a great stay!! See you next time!

Beautiful place, honestly we like cinnamon more than Gramado, very well located very spacious house, at first for 8 people but it fits well over very large 3 floors well equipped, we love it was amazing our trip, we hope to return again…

The house is excellent! My family loved it, and we're definitely going back. The location is great and allows you to stroll without taking the car out of the garage.

the Casa Afeto is a lovely place, highlighting, among so many qualities, comfort, beauty, luminosity and silence. Exactly what we were looking for. Because we had a girl we had the great surprise of finding toys in the house and a beautiful and very functional recreation area of the condominium. Our family loved and we intend to return soon. The stay was wonderful. We spent a very fun and happy family Easter! The house is very cozy and quietly supports 6 adults and children. The host was very attentive and instructed us about the particularities of the house, they were very useful, not only for stay, but for us to be able to maintain a pleasant environment and preserve for other guests and for the owner. The condominium is amazing and has plenty of space for outdoor activities. We'll be back for sure!

An impeccable stay, this is how we summarize our experience. The house is beautiful, cozy, spacious and comfortable, with all possible amenities available. It is located in a gated community of houses (Gramado lakes), extremely quiet, with some small lakes full of ducks, Wanters, pheas and many other birds. The hosts, Carolina and Jairo, are very attentive and polite, always available and concerned about our comfort. We didn't miss anything in our stay! I cannot forget to mention the friendliness of Aninha, who received us with great affection and dedication!

All wonderful! Very beautiful and cozy house! Great location, close to the center, to the mini world, to the Black Lake... We love it!! All amazing!
