Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay. Very typical house in a very good location. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and the center . It is very nice to be able to enjoy the two terraces well exposed and with a very nice view . Please note that the double beds are not wide .

Exceeded all our expectations! Fantastic property, super clean, tidy with everything you may need. Every detail is thought through - made us feel really welcome, cosy. Never ever stayed at a place before where mattress and pillows would be so comfy! Aaaaand a macadamia shower gel added a touch of luxury:) Thank you! Such an amazing location.. peaceful, lots of space, shops and restaurants only few mins away by car. Private, lots of space and everything that we needed. Photos do not do justice, it's much better:) Our puppy enjoyed running on the grass and our daughter enjoyed the trampoline and the pool most! Carlos was always very responsive, polite and helpful. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!

The house is great, it has everything you can ask for in the house, conpleted kitchen, it has a spectacular patio is huge, the beach 4 minutes with promenade with many bars and if you want to walk to Santa Pola in 40 minutes you arrive, by car 5 min. Luciana very kindly welcomed us and let us in before the hour, she put us several messages if everything was okay, she answers very quickly the messages, the truth that I would repeat this house. 100% recommended.

Fantastic stay. The house, small, but with everything you need and very clean and cared for. The terrace, the most pleasant place, no noise, cool in the evening night..lovely. Ricardo, the best host I've ever met. Always available to answer any questions or issues. Very nice and pleasant, I can say that, after a month at his place, Ricardo is already a friend. We'll definitely be back. Great location for outdoor activities and golf. The house has everything you need and plenty of space to stay on the terraces. Very good gas grill.

Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

The house is very nice and well equipped. From our point of view, however, it is more suitable for a family with a younger daughter, as the 2nd bedroom has only a narrow bed and is designed like a game room for little girls. The dishwasher is very small and difficult to fill. We enjoyed everything else very much.

We stayed for the month of Feb to get out of the cold in the UK. We had two dogs with us and the place was perfect for dog walking and cycling which is what we wanted. The huge outside space also worked well for us as it was very secure to allow dogs to roam. The house itself was great, spacious and very much as described. Communication with Elizabeth was very good also, and we were met at the property on arrival and shown around. We were also told in advance if anyone was coming to the property or gardener or pool guy. We were happily left alone the rest of the time. I was happy to do my own cleaning/ washing linens for the month and that was not an issue. But this could have been different if I had requested it. This was a wonderful place for us and was exactly what we needed. Would definitely go back and recommend to others. Not many amenities are close, so a car would be needed.

The impressive house,better than the photos ,everything was clean and tidy there was nothing missing in the house to be able to enjoy it, the children had a great time,the pool surprised us since it had very good depth and was very clean and well cared for. Different areas outside to be able to be. We didn't get to use the sauna but it looked great. Very quiet area but close to Santa Pola just 14 minutes away . Benko is very kind and attentive. We'll try to come back for sure!!!!

Lovely well maintained and clean villa with everything you would need for a relaxing break. Nice pool area with sun loungers and a rooftop terrace with furniture to relax as the sun sets. The pictures and description on the web site were accurate and up to date. The property is on an urbanisation about a 10 minute drive to the town where you will find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. All very small and laid back, just don't expect a big bustling town. There is one bar/restaurant within a 5/10 minute walk of the villa. Bogdan gave very good instructions relating to the property and I had confidence that he would respond immediately should we have had any issues.

Alexander's place was perfect! We felt right at home. The house has everything you need for cooking, nice large TV, patio for outdoor dining, it's very close to a really lovely beach and all amenities, supermarkets etc...overall a fantastic stay. highly recommended....thankyou!

He's a champion in price and location. It's fit for purpose, although the walls are a little thin, and one of the beds squeaks rough. Oh, and we got a paper from the neighbors to not use the air conditioning after 22 because they can't sleep (we didn't need it). The host is flexible and very helpful, I recommend it!

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Fab accommodation clean and easy to access, central location to lots of bars and restaurant 5 minutes walk to the beach and boulevard, friendly host and very helpful, would recommend staying here.

Stefan was easy and great to communicate with and the house was like the description. It was good proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants!

We had a few wonderful days in the casita. It is beautiful and with all the amenities, we also went with our dogs and they were super at ease 🩷 the house and the space is a paradise in nature, and mari carmen was super friendly and attentive. Amazing. Claude and Christine really are Super Hosts going over and above to ensure you have the perfect stay. Excellent phone communication and in person. This duplex, and the other desirable properties Claude and Christine have available in the area, would suit all needs. The level of finish is to a super high standard, very tasteful design, immaculately clean, and has everything supplied in the home. Dual aspect gives views of two beaches a stones throw from the house – dreamy views to wake up to and perfect location. Quiet closed road with parking & private parking behind the property too if needed. Private top floor with Jacuzzi is a rare find and has sun all day + shower there too. Awnings on top floor, and front and rear for shade if needed. Fast Wi-Fi, a safe, security alarm, and fresh 20ltr water bottles saving trips to the stores. The home has plenty of everything, is move-in ready, unpack and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay in my favourite property and place 😊.
