The Marina, the Mercado Central and the modern city center are in close walking distance (5-10 min). The airport bus will get you to the old town in 30 minutes. From there, it is a short walk to get to the house.

This is a beautiful bungalow designed for a family with all the amenities in the El Olivo de Oro development, one of the best developments in Gran Alacant, with a full range of facilities including a swimming pool, paddle tennis court, etc. The bungalow has a beautiful garden with artificial turf and a barbecue, where you can enjoy the wonderful spring and summer evenings and the sunny winter days. It's 3 km from one of the most wonderful beaches in the area, Playa de Carabassí.

A cozy house to spend a vacation or a few relaxing days. Equipped with air conditioning (the living room and the 3 bedrooms), Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, and a BBQ. Located in the Altomar 1 development, a quiet area with a beautiful community pool and green areas to relax. On the terrace (porch) the sun greets you in the morning. Cosy and sunny duplex located just 300 metres from San Juan Beach, with a communal swimming pool open all year round, in a quiet and pleasant setting. It has WIFI 500mb, A/C and heating, dishwasher, coffee maker, work desk, Smart TV 4k, among other amenities, as well as all the necessary amenities less than 5 minutes walk (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and green areas). Lovely house with sea view in the old town

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.

A large window offers sweeping views of the beach and Alicante bay. Lush greenery and winding roads are visible in the foreground, while the blue sea stretches towards the horizon under a clear sky.
