Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Fredric was a very good host. Clear instructions for our stay and also during our trip. The accommodation is also very nice - a really top choice if you are traveling in larger groups.

We had a lovely stay. Very typical house in a very good location. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and the center . It is very nice to be able to enjoy the two terraces well exposed and with a very nice view . Please note that the double beds are not wide .

Exceeded all our expectations! Fantastic property, super clean, tidy with everything you may need. Every detail is thought through - made us feel really welcome, cosy. Never ever stayed at a place before where mattress and pillows would be so comfy! Aaaaand a macadamia shower gel added a touch of luxury:) Thank you! Such an amazing location.. peaceful, lots of space, shops and restaurants only few mins away by car. Private, lots of space and everything that we needed. Photos do not do justice, it's much better:) Our puppy enjoyed running on the grass and our daughter enjoyed the trampoline and the pool most! Carlos was always very responsive, polite and helpful. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!

The house is great, it has everything you can ask for in the house, conpleted kitchen, it has a spectacular patio is huge, the beach 4 minutes with promenade with many bars and if you want to walk to Santa Pola in 40 minutes you arrive, by car 5 min. Luciana very kindly welcomed us and let us in before the hour, she put us several messages if everything was okay, she answers very quickly the messages, the truth that I would repeat this house. 100% recommended.

Fantastic stay. The house, small, but with everything you need and very clean and cared for. The terrace, the most pleasant place, no noise, cool in the evening night..lovely. Ricardo, the best host I've ever met. Always available to answer any questions or issues. Very nice and pleasant, I can say that, after a month at his place, Ricardo is already a friend. Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

The house is very nice and well equipped. From our point of view, however, it is more suitable for a family with a younger daughter, as the 2nd bedroom has only a narrow bed and is designed like a game room for little girls. The dishwasher is very small and difficult to fill. We enjoyed everything else very much.

Rosa has been a great host, we will be back for sure. She was super attentive, treated us very kindly and made us feel right at home. The apartment had absolutely everything and it was a great breakfast watching the sunrise.

The impressive house,better than the photos ,everything was clean and tidy there was nothing missing in the house to be able to enjoy it, the children had a great time,the pool surprised us since it had very good depth and was very clean and well cared for. Different areas outside to be able to be. We didn't get to use the sauna but it looked great. Very quiet area but close to Santa Pola just 14 minutes away . Benko is very kind and attentive. We'll try to come back for sure!!!!

We had a great time at Gregoria's apartment. Very quiet with amenities and space suitable for us. Everything was very tidy and the apartment was very well equipped (kitchen, living room...). Also, she was always accessible for any questions or issues we might have (that there weren't). I would highly recommend their place to future guests.

Alexander's place was perfect! We felt right at home. The house has everything you need for cooking, nice large TV, patio for outdoor dining, it's very close to a really lovely beach and all amenities, supermarkets etc...overall a fantastic stay. highly recommended....thankyou!

He's a champion in price and location. It's fit for purpose, although the walls are a little thin, and one of the beds squeaks rough. Oh, and we got a paper from the neighbors to not use the air conditioning after 22 because they can't sleep (we didn't need it). The host is flexible and very helpful, I recommend it!

We felt as if we were at home, the place was very quiet for our dog and our daughter. Sylvia was lovely and immediately answered our questions.

It's an amazing place to hide from a big city and spend a couple of days surrounded by greenery. The house is actually better in real life than in the pictures. It's old, but it's quite comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. I was there with my wife and my son, so we didn't use the upper floor at all. Everything we needed was on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is amazing. Lots of trees and beautiful grass. There is a place for barbecues, which we used. I would say the only downside of this place is that it's quite noisy outside (dogs barking and some other animals screaming). The host is super-responsive and made sure we had a great check-in, stay, and check-out. We also got a better price despite coming on holiday. You have my 5 stars! Thank you, Mari Carmen!

Amazing. Claude and Christine really are Super Hosts going over and above to ensure you have the perfect stay. Excellent phone communication and in person. This duplex, and the other desirable properties Claude and Christine have available in the area, would suit all needs. The level of finish is to a super high standard, very tasteful design, immaculately clean, and has everything supplied in the home. Dual aspect gives views of two beaches a stones throw from the house – dreamy views to wake up to and perfect location. Quiet closed road with parking & private parking behind the property too if needed. Private top floor with Jacuzzi is a rare find and has sun all day + shower there too. Awnings on top floor, and front and rear for shade if needed. Fast Wi-Fi, a safe, security alarm, and fresh 20ltr water bottles saving trips to the stores. The home has plenty of everything, is move-in ready, unpack and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay in my favourite property and place 😊.
