Once you're done dropping your bags, head to the boat house, grab a life jacket and a kayak, canoe, peddle boat, SUP, or fishing rod and head down to the water followed by a fire, and enjoy s'mores! Winter months, ice fish or skate! *Camping Trailer MUST be requested in advance*

Washademoak Lake House

Bring the whole family to this amazing and private Cottage on 1.5 acres of waterfront property on the popular Washademoak Lake. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the sunrise from the spacious wrap around deck. Kayak or paddle board the calm waters in the cove, swim out to the raft, or dock your boat on 200 feet of water front. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor with a King-sized bed. Two more bedrooms with double beds are upstairs along with another bath and a double futon sofa.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cottage is centrally located within an hour of Fredericton, Moncton and Saint John in Cole’s island near the village limit of Cambridge narrows/ washademoak lake. The cottage sits on the main boating channel and will have docks for the 2023 summer season with plenty of deep water. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the lake and take in the peace and quiet on this 5 acre oasis. Hot tub, Kayaks and paddle board on site for use.

Calm Waters Cottage

Welcome to Calm Waters Cottage! Located on 2.4 acres with 250 feet of lakefront and a 60 ft dock on the beautiful Washademoak Lake! Two bedrooms, one King, Queen, alcove with triple bunk beds and a sofa that is made with two twin mattresses, you can sleep 7-9 people upstairs, with a pull out couch in the winterized garage for more! Air conditioning (via heat pump), wood fireplace in the garage. 7 person hot tub, large deck with BBQ & fire table. Electrical hook up for trailers!

My Little Oasis: a cozy little cottage on the lake

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.

Lake Side Hideaway

Enjoy a fully equipped 35.5ft 5th wheel trailer on private lot with King master, bunkhouse with 3 beds, 2 full bathrooms and A/C. U shaped dinette and loveseat sofa; propane 3 burner stove and oven; appartment size fridge, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. The outdoor kitchen offers a mini fridge, ice maker, air fryer, sink, storage space and a 4 burner BBQ with side burner. The large wooden deck has comfortable seating with a propane fire table; table and 4 chairs.
