Monthly Rentals in Grand Mound

Great place to stay. We were in town for a basketball tournament. Very very clean and comfortable. Convenient location to everywhere we needed to go. Sophie's house is very pretty and she has thought of every detail. Cleanup and checkout was easy- and we had an early game to get to so that was nice. We would definitely book here again when we are in the area. Thank you!

Place was great, clean, easy to find, easy spot to park, easy to get in and out of. Only thing that took us a second was finding the wifi password. Adding that to the welcome message or even having a sheet of paper with it on it in the room would have helped. You can BARELY hear the train in the background, it didn't bother us one bit at all, it wouldn't wake up a baby or a dog. Glad we picked this location to stay at!

The place was quiet and conveniently located within walking distance to grocery and coffee shop. Attic loft overhead space is low but expected. We had some trouble locating the house because Google map keep sending us to the back of the lot (house is at the right address, just far from curb). Overall, good stay.

The house was in an odd little neighborhood, but we walked it every day and met all the wandering cats but also loved the nature trails right behind the house. The beds were so comfortable and the house was very well stocked. It’s close to a lot of places (less than 10 minutes for most) My only two notes I’d give are that the house seems bigger in pictures than it actually was, the living room/dining room/kitchen are quite small but my family of 5 did just fine in it and the temperature in the house is hard to control especially at night, or when you’re cooking, it kept getting pretty warm. Other than that we would stay here again if baseball ever brings us back down!
