Life is good in our newly renovated house with garden 5 minutes away from the coast, and 7 minutes close from the magnificent beach of l'Ecuissière. Very well located (central position on the island, near cycle path, direct access to the oyster route and its magnificent huts, just 3 minutes from Dolus d'Oléron by car, 2 km from the Golf...), allowing you to discover the charms of our magnificent native island. The announcement has just been published at the last minute this Saturday, June 25th!

Cozy cottage in Boyardville: walking distance to the beach.

Renovated, comfortable and quiet cottage for 4/6 people on the edge of the Saumonards forest (many running and mountain biking trails). Shops and port 500 meters away. Large beach of Boyardville facing Fort Boyard 800 meters away. You can do anything on foot on Boyardville and visit the island by bike. Bike paths in the immediate vicinity (tip: follow towards La Braies to cross the salt marsh and see the many birds). Private parking, 2 outdoor spaces with plancha and barbecue.

Small comfortable house in vacation residence

Make the most of your vacation by staying at this 34m² home. This house has 2 bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the other with 2 80cm beds. All beds are equipped with mattress pads, duvets, and pillows. Bed linen is provided for stays of a minimum of one week. The house has been completely renovated in 2022. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher), a lounge area with TV, a terrace and access to the swimming pool (01/06 to 30/09)

Very well located, ideal for walks and bikes (bike path at the foot), close to the village of Saint-Trojan and the thalassotherapy center.
