The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.

The best mountain views in the area! Enjoy privacy and 180 degree southern views nestled inside Pisgah National Forest above 4000 feet. This home is 10 minutes from Grandfather mountain, and convenient to Sugar Mountain/Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock. If you enjoy the quiet, peaceful serenity of the mountains this is the house for you. Please note there is a 1/4 mile steep decent on an unpaved road to our house and a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended.
