Place was very comfortable and spacious for us. Loved that it was peaceful even being close to a busy highway.

It was a nice cozy clean cottage. Cute place to stay! The only downside was it was not walkable to the Cotton Club due to highway and railroad tracks and there is no cable TV. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Ms. Katy is an exceptional host, and an even better person. Her always attentiveness and enthusiasm to make her home, your home away from home, is beyond reproach. Due to my extended stay Ms. Katy went above and beyond, supplying complimentary refreshments, and daily laughter that warmed the soul. I can truly say that she is special and has a heart of gold—and was a blessing to me in my complex living situation. Please, look no further, there is no other Bed and Breakfast, that compares to Ms. Katy’s! Book your next stay now, it will be one of the best decisions you make in 2025! 😊
