This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Wonderful top floor near everything! This private and charming apartment is just west of a large wooded park, the zoo, and a large lake with bike and walking trails and boat rental. Just to the North are several blocks of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very walkable, but metro is a block away and heads directly to the core of downtown and the Pike Place Market, with easy connections to the stadiums and the waterfront. Done with the city? Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
