The west wing is separate from us and has a separate fenced in courtyard with small grass area.

We love to have guests at our home! We have a nice, fully functioning 5th Wheel with conditioning/heat, a stove, oven, refrigerator and access to laundry. The space provides two bedrooms: a master queen separate from a 2-bed bunk room. Additional sleeping spaces include table and couch conversion. If you like fishing, we have space to park your boat, and you can charge it! There is great bass fishing in the nearby town of Fellsmere. Our driveway is 55ft long.

3 bedrooms 2 bathroom cottage right on the canal of a private Island, Indoor kitchen amd outdoor kitchen, plenty of outdoor space. This cottage is boat acces only which makes it exclusive, 14 mnt boat ride to the Sebastian Inlet and many small accessible Islands right next to the island. Bars and restaurants all around. Or simply relax in the cottage with it's amenities and private beach with lounging chairs, tables and fire pit.
