The property is spacious, quiet and all on one floor - perfect for family and friends wanting to experience a laid back retreat. There are two bedrooms - one has a king size sleep number bed and private bathroom, the other has a Queen size bed with attached bathroom.

This tranquil garage apartment is perfectly located on a quiet cul de sac and conveniently & easily accessible to highways in all directions and DFW Airport, which is less than a 10 minute drive away. Apartment includes a private entrance, private full bath, and your own balcony to enjoy the sound of the backyard pond while sipping on some coffee or tea. Also many local hotspots within biking distance including a quaint Italian coffee shop. Multiple options in a short drive.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
