Villa Minerva offers a great opportunity to stay in a quiet private place very close to the town, beach, boulevard supermarkets. The house offers everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is completely walled, so safe for our dog, who was made very welcome. Even a dog bed and food bowls for the dog were provided. The different seating areas around the pool were spot on. Cheryl is a very helpful responsive host. She will do anything she can to make your stay a pleasant experience.

We loved the house, welcoming, clean, with everything you need to be comfortable. The amazing views, felt like not going out so you could enjoy the terrace. David was quick to respond to our questions. Undoubtedly to be repeated, highly recommended.

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! We felt right at home!!! Thanks to Fernando and his wife, very helpful and kind!!! The house is very clean, with new sheets and towels It exceeded our expectations, we had a great time!!! The beach is a few steps away, we have seen beautiful sunsets and sunrises!! We will definitely be back, thank you for everything!!!

The apartment is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication with Ingrid was just wonderful – she was always friendly, helpful and very straightforward. For our family of four, the space was more than sufficient, and the location of the apartment is simply fantastic. The view from the terrace has enchanted us every day! Wonderful getaway to relax with the sound of the sea. The terrace, tranquility and its views the best of the apartment. There are dishwashers that are not in the description. All very close at hand. Can't wait to be back. Thank you Laura for your kind.

Lovely villa in a beautiful area

Even though it rained most of the time, it should not take anything away from the house, which was incredibly delicious, and with an absolutely stunning view. Wilfried was an absolutely perfect host.

We had a great short stay and enjoyed our time here. We really liked the vibe and and the lovely views from the terrace The walk into town is also really nice offering great views. We can recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandra en Mirella. A very warm welcome and good communication. The garden and view are amazing!

Our short break was made extra special with the host Johan going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Plenty of restaurants within easy reach and a short walk to the beach made it completely perfect. The 4 of us will be back.

We had a great time in Avignon. The host is responsive, available and very kind. The size of the listing is suitable for couple. The sea view is sublime and the building's swimming pool is very nice. The beach is a 5min walk, it was a pleasure to walk day or night. Small negative: the accommodation deserves a little refresh (the glass window was broken, the shower clogged, the furniture very old, the uncomfortable beds...) We will keep fond memories of this vacation:)

It was a great stay. the house lived up to expectations and Arno was fantastic to collaborate with. was one piece from downtown Calpe but we showed this in advance. The taxi came quickly so there was no problem. the app Glovo was amazing to have groceries delivered home to the house with free delivery. Fabulous home with amazing ocean views. A very nice welcome from the hosts who have been waiting whenever we have needed them. The house is fully equipped and very clean. A quiet area but with all amenities nearby. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location in Javea !

Mach was very helpful and communicative before and during stay. Home was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean. Outside area was fabulous, with plenty of seating and eating for us all. The communal pool was spotlessly clean the area around the pool was very well kept and only a few feet away from the garden gate, which was great for the little ones. There is a rooftop pool. It’s a short walk away from the beach and all the shops bars and restaurants beach area is wonderful very clean. The restaurants are a great standard with lots to choose from. The boat hire and scuba hire is on the beach.

We spent a very nice time in this villa. It is located in a private and quite area in front of the see. The house has everything we needed for a little baby, it matches the photos and description. Walking distance (10 min) from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend this apartment

Well . Where do I start. First of all, Saleem is an amazing person. We stayed at his oasis during the black out - he gave us dinner because of the power outage and so much more. The pictures do NOT do not do it justice. It is paradise - it’s a huge amount of space with spectacular views ! I will be returning to Saleems paradise. Thank you for everything !!! Katie and crew!

Cannot thank Maria enough, such a wonderful host offering the perfect villa for our family trip to Spain! The location is perfect for a private and peaceful getaway but has lots of restaurants & bars nearby. Accommodating 9 adults & a toddler, the villa was perfectly equipped & offered plenty of space, suiting all of our needs. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely return!
