A modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated villa. A lovely private pool and garden area. We stayed in February and used the wood burner fire and air con heating and we found it cosy. A short walk to the beautiful rocky coast, or a safe cycle 10 minutes along the coastal path in to Denia centre , where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, markets and shopping. Lots going on in Denia, Padel courts, indoor swimming pool, gyms, spas, etc. Eric and Sophie were very responsive hosts, and we would definitely recommend their villa to other guests.

Everything was fine. The owners were very friendly, they were waiting for us to arrive despite the fact that we got lost (the direction and Google Maps were not well understood), and very helpful at all times. 5 minutes if you arrive from the beach. Highly recommended

A great stay. Ika is always available and attentive. There were two of us and a small Dog The outdoor space is spacious. The house is next to the beach. Very clean, with all amenities and a walk from the village. We only need a small door on the garden fence, although there is no danger since the development is closed.

We had a great time, relaxed,everything was perfect, a quiet place, the house was impeccable and Alejandro was very attentive and kind, there was nothing missing. A 10.Muchas thank you.To next time🤗.

The house far exceeded our expectations, plenty of space for all the guests, stunning surroundings and great walks in the area recommend by Ana. Ana was very friendly and super responsive, once coming to help us change the gas for the stove within fifteen minutes. An amazing stay, cannot recommend it highly enough. (A car/taxi is needed to arrive at the house)

excellent location, very peaceful yet close to a coastal town. lots of facilities nearby. accommodation is very well done. bed is very comfortable. very nice size of private and secure outdoor area for our dogs. we will definitely come back!

This was an absolute gem in the perfect location of javea! 5-10 monutes to the pebble beach and about a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Plenty of free parking right by the apartment. Apartment was in fantadtic condition and clean with every amenity you could want. lovely complex with fab pool indoor and outdoor, perfect for kids even on rainy days! very safe and secure. it was clean and tidy and sheets/towels were crisp white! showers worked fine and lots of appliances/utensils in the kitchen. Great host who was always responsive. even thought we landed late they greeted us at the apartment and even got us some snacks and water as all the shops had closed which was a life saver! Do not hesitate if you are looking at this apartment for your next holiday as we will certainly be coming back!!

We had a lovely stay at the villa with its pool which is very large. The house was clean and large for a family with children, positive point for the TV that has Netflix and other apps ideal for children. Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area offered by Agatha, very beautiful area🙂. I recommend the place.

Thank you Salvador for staying with you. We were there for a month and we didn't miss anything. Salvador was always available and helped us immediately in every situation. We couldn't have felt more comfortable. You are really right on the beach, it is quiet and has everything you need within walking distance.

Robert's villa is simply wonderful, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing weekend. The location is fantastic, with a good life on Calp and the Penyal d 'Ifach. Alicante, Benidorm and Valencia are all less than an hour and a half away. The host has always been kind and proactive, staying with him has been a pleasure and we hope to be back very soon. First of all, I want to say that check-in went really smoothly. We were very warmly welcomed and the communication during the stay also went wonderfully. When a shutter had to be repaired, this was done right away. The pool is very nice - a little cold without pool heating in October - and is cleaned once a week. We were a total of 5 families, the house is a good size and it all had enough space. The kitchens were well equipped, everything was clean when we arrived. The upper apartment is really very nice, the lower one (where you are most of the time) would need a small renovation, especially the bathrooms. But that was ok too. The outdoor area is nice, there is plenty of seating, a large barbecue, billiards, table tennis ….. There are many great restaurants nearby, the beaches are easily accessible and there is plenty of shopping. All in all we had a very nice stay!

House located in a very quiet urbanization and just minutes from downtown. The house is beautiful even better than the photos, it is not missing detail and with an incredible pool and surrounded by a very well cared for patio. In the backyard it has a garden furniture area with a jacuzzi that is a delight. The host always aware that all was well. In short, 10. We will be back for sure

A hidden gem! We were in the area for a three day wedding and were so glad to have stumbled upon Regina’s home in Orba. It was fairly remote so very peaceful by the pool and had stunning views (and super comfy lounge chairs). The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Regina was the most lovely host - thank you for an amazing stay.

Casa Colari was a beautiful apartment, very clean, with a sunny private garden. There are several supermarkets within a few minutes walk, Aldi is very close by. We found a bus stop within 8 minute walk to get to the tram station which can take you to Benidorm. You can walk to La Fossa beach in about 10 minutes and to the marina in about 20 minutes, where you can take a boat trip. We wanted to climb the ifach rock but you MUST book it first, you will not be allowed without an appointment it’s free but just for numbers as they only allow 300 people a day. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lorraine left a welcome pack which was much appreciated. We were met by friendly staff who let us in and showed us around and gave us the Wi-Fi code. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home and very safe. The beds were extremely comfy so much so we want to buy the same toppers!!

It was wonderful, as soon as we arrived we were delighted with the house, very quiet and cozy area with very good service from the hosts. If you want to have a good time with your family, this is the place.

The location of the cabanas is simply fantastic and was as described in the listing , nature surrounds you from the first moment. Laura was very attentive throughout the stay, she recommended places to eat and routes to do. Our mascot had a great time too! Surely we will repeat, we loved the experience.

The house is in a residential area, of villas, very quiet and very nice and tidy. The property has a driveway access with parking, very comfortable. As described, the first floor is inhabited, but the person present, extremely discreet, we never perceive it. View only on arrival and departure. You access the spaces provided by a reserved gate and you reach the beautiful outdoor space with swimming pool, kitchenette, barbecue area and table with chairs and sofas. What can I say: wonderful! The spaces are very comfortable, 3 bedrooms of very good size, 2 bathrooms, comfortable living room and equipped kitchen. Truly a beautiful solution! Congratulations to Lena on the house and her availability and kindness!

It's a pretty nice house, it has ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. There was nothing missing. Having two kitchens is tremendous PLUS. There are many board games, the rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Julie's sympathy by phone and Nigel's personally was PHENOMENAL. The house was super clean! The wind, can be very strong. Thanks Julie and Nigel

The house was beautiful, clean and very complete, equipped with really every comfort. Perfect for a family holiday. Outside are several nice seating areas and therefore a nice place in the sun or shade at any time of day. The BBQ was also great. The swimming pool is also nice and well maintained. That you can walk to the beach (3 minutes) completes it all. Fantastic place! Finally, host Johan (and his wife) is extremely friendly, service-oriented, and responsive. Gives you the feeling of being available at any time. Thank you for a wonderful week!

I have tried many times to write a review that would describe the experience, of the place and the people in it. It's much more than words can ever say so, you should just live it to feel it. If you like authentic people and -atmosphere, animals, nature, trecking... really recommend! Such a lovely couple with big golden hearts. Felt like coming home ❤️
