Perched at the feet of the Southern Alps, our yurt sits raised on the sunny side of a long, forest covered valley, far away from civilization. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks, the beautifully furnished and bright yurt is a great spot to get some headspace in nature, do some hiking or to enjoy a romantic, long weekend with a loved one. In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

Präbichl is in Semriach b.Graz (not iron ore). The house is very quiet with no artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linen, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, Bookcase with lots of games, even for children. TV, radio Children up to 12 years old have a 20% discount

Sit back and relax at this stylish and modern home in a quiet location in the volcanic country. Or enjoy long evenings at the jetty and cool off in the private swimming pond. In addition, there is also an infrared sauna with space for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a toilet (both of which are accessible from the outside). The fireplace and designer furniture create a cozy atmosphere. (Note: upstairs room height is only 1.60 m)

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Ferienregion Schöcklland/Almenland und bietet sowohl für Natur- als auch für Kulturinteressierte viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Wohneinheit ist 70 m² groß und liegt nahe dem Ortszentrum in sehr ruhiger Lage. Freizeitbad, Bäcker, Greislerei und Konditorei sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde mit Original Vintage Objekten eingerichtet und versprüht Originalität und Gemütlichkeit.
