Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Graz

Michaela was really kind host. She was not there, but she wrote accurate instructions. Lovely house, large and beautiful garden. We had a nice time there.

Nice small house with a lovely garden in a very quiet and peaceful area. Well equipped and very clean. I enjoyed my brief stay and am happy to recommend Werner’s place.

Christine is very available to organize her trip, responsive to messages and good advice. The house is in a quiet green hillside without being too far from Semriach but you should not go wrong! Very nice setting and house as described. See you next year.

The house are beautiful and very quaintly furnished. It was all super clean and equipped with everything you could need. The location is relatively quiet and you have a great view from the balcony. Communication with the host was also super straightforward and always very friendly, as was the personal welcome upon our arrival. It's a perfect spot to unplug. We will be happy to come back!

We felt completely comfortable in this very very cozy old farmhouse. There's nothing there isn't in this nice place, it's like being at home. Our 2 dogs Nelly and coffee also had a lot of fun this weekend. The beautiful large meadow where they could run freely was a dream - a paradise in the countryside . The eggs from your chickens tasted very good. The chicken coop with its chickens and the beautiful rooster - simply magnificent. Thank you for the warm welcome . It was a very nice weekend and we will be happy to come back.

A beautiful house with a great view. The bedding was very clean just the whole house. I spent very pleasant 2 days with my family there. I highly recommend it we'll be happy to come back Thanks Anna

It was all as in the photo, we were in town in 5-10min by taxi and in 5min at the main train station. Host was very friendly and uncomplicated, very flexible and everything was very clean, towels and bedding were available. Only: unfortunately there were quite a lot of moths, we were not sure whether clothes moths or food moths. Otherwise, everything worked out great.

The apartment was incredibly nice and the hostess was very friendly and helpful and responded to my message right away. Highly recommend, I will come back next time I'm in Graz:)

Shared pool, sauna and animals on the farm - all together perfect and wonderfully uncomplicated with children. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is quite central yet quiet. The main square of Graz is only a few tram stations away and almost within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and as described. In the kitchen was everything you need. A very nice touch from Moritz was the supply of capsules for the Nespresso machine. Moritz was always available for questions and responded quickly with good tips. Overall a very nice stay and we would be happy to come back.

Nice small apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and nicely decorated. Public transport is easy and quick to reach.

This place was "at home" for me. It was from the beginning - I can't describe a feeling of well-being. 🙏💖 I have rarely experienced the hospitality, the helpfulness and I travel a lot. Often I enjoyed the sun "through the windows", outside it was cold and downstairs in Graz was fog, which was really a gift. The terrace is certainly a dream in summer and I can't believe the 6 weeks went by so quickly. I felt 100% comfortable. There could be a small improvement. This is the pressure in the shower. I have grid flakes and it was a challenge to wash the hair. With normal hair certainly no problem, but with grid flakes - lengthy. :-) For those looking for peace, who want to enjoy nature, this is the perfect place. You can walk into town about 30-45 minutes depending on how fast/slow you walk. Back up the mountain, so a bit of "stamina" right away. THANKS for everything🙏🍀💞

The apartment is very nice. Everything you need is there. You can have a nice breakfast on the small balcony or have a drink comfortably in the evening. The parking space in the underground parking lot is very convenient, because you don't need a car in Graz. You can walk to the city in about 20 minutes. If you prefer to take the tram, you can reach the stop in 5 minutes. The communication with Dieter and Simone was absolutely straightforward. Through the key safe and the exact explanations, we were able to get to the apartment flexibly. We found it very friendly that there was a bottle of wine ready to welcome you. It is a beautiful, modern studio, located in a very quiet area, with only sounds of the forest as ambient sounds. The shared pool is beautifully situated with a great view. However, a stay in the studio is not recommended for families with small children due to the lack of a kitchen and plenty of living space, but ideal to watch some TV or spend some time on the spacious balcony after a day out, also this with a great view. In our opinion, the studio is therefore not suitable for spending whole days in. Theresia responded very quickly to our questions and although there were initially no baby cot and chair present and I failed to make a connection with the WiFi, she did ensure that this was resolved as soon as possible. It was also very pleasant that the car could be placed under a carport given the severe weather. Shops and restaurants are about a 10-minute drive away.

Martin was the perfect host. He was there y welcome me and handover the keys and the explain how everything worked. He was also very helpful with local recommendations. Checkout was also very easy since Martin was present personally for the same. Whenever I had a question Martin was always very responsive. One of my better AirBnB experiences!

Milena's place leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is spacious, kitchen, bathroom and living area are very well equipped. Due to the backyard location, it was very quiet even with the proximity to the center. You can easily find a parking space in the vicinity, which can be used for free from 20:00 to 9:00. Sights, good restaurants and nightlife are abundant in Graz. Milena is very likeable and available for information at any time. We felt completely comfortable. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very quiet and yet right in the middle of the city, just great. Check in was totally flexible and easy and communication with Mr. and Ms. Rogl was always immediate and very friendly.

I had high expectations already based on the photos but the place went above and beyond. More beautiful even than the pics, a geeky paradise indeed. I had everything I needed for a few days' stay and Reinhard went the extra mile to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. It was a joy coming home every night to such a beautiful place, and I would definitely return in the future. Thank you so much!!

Bernhard was very kind amd met us at the apartment. This apartment has a lot of space. Location is amazing, very central to everything but also quiet and peaceful. Very close to the river, markets, restaurants. Nice big bed, big kitchen with all the utensils, nice workspace, TV and wifi. It can easily accommodate 4 people.
