Little House/Pet Friendly/Swing/Fire Pit/Boat

The little house is next to a 2 acre pond(that fluctuates), in a small neighborhood, 15 minutes from Brevard and Rosman. Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly. Fire pit. This is the only house on the pond, and you will have your own dock. DISCLAIMER: THE POND IS LOW & OUT OF MY CONTROL! East Fork River, Dupont, and Pisgah Forest are nearby.

No WiFi-enjoy reconnecting with each other! 2 mi from paved road w/shallow potholes & rocks. 5" clearance (not 4WD) needed. NOT suitable for motorcycles. Venomous snakes and wild animals are indigenous to our area. Use ONLY our directions and you'll enjoy the adventure getting here!

NO steps. Park at front door. Early check in/ late departure available some days. Dollywood and the Sevierville Convention/Event Center - 5 miles away. LeConte Medical Center- 2 miles. Easy drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the GSMNP. Our duplex sleeps 6 with lots of family-friendly touches - 3 TVS with Roku, and games. Relax on the screened in porch, with electric BBQ. Quiet neighborhood with large backyard. Great local eateries and shopping nearby.

A peaceful, quaint, and laid back area of South Knoxville that will let you relax and getaway. A short 10-15 minute drive to the airport. It is located 10-15 minutes from downtown and UT so you can experience all downtown has to offer or just go to the games. If outdoors is more your thing it is only about 5-10 minutes away from I C King Park and 10-15 minutes away from Ijams and the greenways both places offer the finest biking and hiking trails.
