Holiday rentals with a sauna in Great Smoky Mountains

The place was clean and easy to get to. Nothing fancy, but definitely good value for the price! The bed was comfy, great water pressure in the shower, ceiling fan and heater were great for keeping the temps comfy. Our host gave great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try!

Place was exactly as described and a great rate for the large space accommodating our family of five. Mike was kind, responsive, and gave clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unit with wonderful balcony/porch space for viewing the lake and the mountains. Furnishings were extremely nice.

If I could leave a 10 star review I would! My family and I were very satisfied with this property as soon as we opened the door. Kim and Chris are amazing hosts! We really enjoyed this home. We’re already planning a future trip to book with them again!

Very great hosts. I stayed 2 nights and we enjoyed it. The place is not wind noise proof so there was a guzzling sound of the strong wind. Otherwise, me and my family really enjoyed our stay here and I will certainly recommend to my friends for the great view and location.

We enjoyed our stay in the smokies! The condo was clean, close to all the local attractions and easy to find. The giant jacuzzi tub was relaxing and the space was the perfect size for our family of 4!

We loved being right on the river with a view of the mountains. Also loved the gas fireplace since the mornings and evenings were cooler. Enjoyed not being in too busy of a place but it was so handy to whatever we wanted to do. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or the park. Great place for 3 couples to stay. We thought it would be a great place for kids, too, but we didn’t bring any :)

We sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the beautiful peaceful river view. Very comfortable and clean home with everything you need. Jackie was very helpful and accessible. Convenient location. Definitely recommend this condo.

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!

We stayed the first weekend in May. Lovely condo with great views. The drive up was easy, as long as we took it slow. We had 4 adults in our group. Plenty of seating in the living room. Quiet area away from the busy downtown streets.

Lori provided us such a gorgeous space! The view is stunning, we truly could not get over how beautiful it was. The space was very clean! The amenities on site were so nice and we loved the sky deck!! We saw lots of wildlife and even saw bears one day! We would definitely come back! :-)

Exactly like the pictures! They almost don’t do the view justice! The hot tub was one of our favorite parts. We drove about 40 min to Cade’s cove for a hike.. highly recommend. We also stopped at “Burger Master” and “Townsend Abby Pub” where David took great care of us! We will definitely be back to the Rocky Top Retreat!

Well, my husband and I have stayed there on and off for the last six months for local work, so we know the place well. Sadly, our project has come to an end, so our most recent stay will be our last for work. BUT, we love everything about Todd and Barbie and the house, and we will be back for fun hiking weekends. Hiking, waterfalls, everything nearby. It's the best place we've stayed in the area. Private, squeaky clean, big deck, large dining room table for big meals or spreading out the paperwork, GREAT internet connection and TV options. We'll definitely be back on our own - we feel so comfortable there in every way. I could not recommend any higher - would give it a "10" if I could. Todd and Barbie also bent over backwards to help us with a couple of last-minute schedule changes. Such honest and thoughtful hosts. Thanks Todd and Barbie for EVERYTHING over the last few months. We love you guys!

We enjoyed our weekend away here. The cabin is super cozy and it was nice to unplug. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would come back in future.

My Family and I had a great time at Chris’s home, exactly like the pictures and description. Both Chris and Janene were very friendly and addressed any concerns we had from start to finish. When I return to the Smokey mountains I would definitely stay here again. We recommend this house to anyone who is looking for privacy and a great time on their vacation.

This place is amazing! We weee 2 families staying there and there was more than enough room for everyone. The property is beautiful, I could have hiked there for days. It is about 2 hours away from all sorts of attractions in different directions such as Gatlinburg, Beech mountain and more. The property care taker, Rob was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was a huge success and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Absolutely beautiful home. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds and linens. Kids loved the secret room. We booked another unit for this trip but when we arrived- the unit felt so dirty we took our things back to the car and frantically looked for another unit nearby. This host accepted our reservation request within seconds and we were on our way. We didn’t anticipate having to pay for 2 units during our stay, but I have no complaints ending up at this unit! Thanks for saving our trip! We will definitely be back and will share this unit with everyone we know!

Had a fantastic stay!!! Christie and Katelyn were amazing hosts. They made us feel very welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure we had all that we needed. I could not thank them enough for their remarkable hospitality. The cabin just felt like home!! Super cozy and had all that we needed. I enjoyed cooking, relaxing on the patio and especially enjoyed the hot tub and peaceful environment. I highly recommend booking with Christie and Katelyn!!! Their cabin was close to the entertainment in town which was a total plus. If your considering visiting don’t walk, run and book with these awesome hosts :)

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We traveled with my grandparents and my great grandmother is on a walker so the cabin had easy access for her and 3 bedrooms on the main floor with king bed and their own bathrooms worked out perfectly for us! Host was quick and responsive. Cabin was in the perfect location and very short drive to pigeon forge!
