Many businesses in downtown Hot Springs had flooding and are still rebuilding and many were spared and are open! Beautiful Cozy Mountain Retreat

This beautiful space is a large, 1600 sq foot downstairs basement apartment, with a private entrance through the shared garage. It is a quiet peaceful area and is conveniently located nearby unique shopping in Cashiers, as well as beautiful gorgeous hikes, waterfalls. and lakes. An outdoor deck circles the entire length of the apartment and many windows provide a beautiful view of the mountain. At the Wyndham Resort and for $9 per person you may have access to all their amenities for 3 days.

Water front log cabin on Douglas Lake

The cabin is a turn of the century Appalachian log home, with all the amenities and conveniences that make life comfortable. We are just off the the main corridor heading in to the Smoky's and surrounding attractions. The cabin sits on a 4 acre knoll on Douglas Lake...this is truly a Mountain and Lake vacation! Music Mountain- The Boutique Music Themed Cabin

A Million Dollar View! To get a view like this you’d have a terrible drive to get to it but the cabin is very convenient to the highway with only a mildly steep but short driveway. The Cabin was made from lumber cut off the land it sits on. Reclaimed Wood floors, reclaimed brick fireplace, rock chimney, wood focus walls and wainscoting throughout the cabin to separate this cabin from all the others. I got a big deck. It’s not the biggest deck ever but everyone loves this deck. You’ll see!

Graham County had NO damage from the hurricane. Secluded rustic caretakers cabin to an old trout farm, fully restored. Very private & primitive in a pristine setting. Breathtaking views of the mountains & creek next to waterfall 1 BR Queen bed & sleeper sofa in living room. Ideal for couples. Very romantic setting If you're looking for seclusion, peace, & tranquility this is the place. Our rustic cabin lacks nothing. Located close to the lake. We keep canoes there for your enjoyment.

Just a short drive from the traffic light in Tellico Village. Your spacious accommodations are the full lower level of this golf front lakeview home. The entire space was totally remodeled in 2020, with comfort and relaxation in mind. The golf front deck has a large gas grill and outdoor seating , firepit area and Waterfall! Location is close to all the TV amenities and easy access to our wonderful East TN mountains and lakes. (Host lives on main level. No smoking, pets or children<12)

Snow Machine! Free onsite tubing * Sleeps 6-8

Between our snowmaker, natural snow (3 inches on 1/10) and my husband using his tractor to pile up some more, we have up to 34 inches on our small hill! And we should be able to make snow on five of the next 10 nights. That sets you up for a great last-minute vacation or MLK weekend trip! Considering snow play and sledding range from $15-$40 per person per hour, this would be a very inexpensive snow trip for you. We should have snow until the end of January at least.
