#1 Olga Very cozy and beautiful tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip. Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.

This creek side Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a 3 person hammock,hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!
