My second time staying here! Great location, close to everything. SUPER clean. Big bathroom. High end appliances. I’ll book this stay every time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Doreen and Derek were excellent hosts. They were warm, friendly and receptive. The place was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen had all necessary amenities. The neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful. We would like to visit the place again if the opportunity arises.

The apartment had electronic locks for easy access. The off street parking was a plus as both sides of the street were packed w/cars.

I don’t even know where to start. Super comfy, super clean, Richard and Susan really love their home and it shows. There’s a calmness and peacefulness as you walk in. My partner and I enjoyed this weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Richard and Susan for allowing us to unwind this weekend!! Mary has set the new standard for AirBnb hosts! There are so many thoughtful details, and everything is labeled making the stay easy and convenient. The bed is super comfy, the linens crisp yet soft, and the towels are plentiful. The living room was so cozy and a great place to relax in the evenings. The bathroom is spacious and even has heated floors and a heat lamp - which  in January was very much appreciated. Mary checked in several times to make sure I had everything I needed, and the communication was always prompt and friendly. The door has a unique code for each guest which makes coming and going easy as you don’t need to remember keys. The location was in a beautiful neighbourhood and close to a bakery and BBQ restaurant. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area, you will feel at home immediately. Thanks again Mary!

We stayed at Amir's place for 6 night's in February and were very happy with our choice. The apartment was exactly as listed and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have found in a rental. Amir is the perfect host, very easy to communicate with and when we showed up early he had no problem with us getting the keys. The apartment is in a really great location, very walkable to many shops and restaurants and we would love to come back in the summer when we could really take in all that the area offers. Amir's place is neat, clean, equipped for longer stays and we highly recommend it as the place to stay in the area. We would love to stay at Amir's place on our next trip!

Martin-Eric was very welcoming & helpful. It was a very last minute booking & my husband & I were very grateful that Martin-Eric took the booking. The apartment was very well appointed & had everything that we could have wanted. In fact, if there was anything else that we did need, I'm sure that Martin-Eric would have supplied it if he was able. It was a very pleasurable visit.

The home was very spacious and modern. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the listed amenities.

Cathy's guest suite was so thoughtfully decorated and had everything you could think of including coffee syrups - nespresso pods - a towel warmer - extra bedding and pillows and even a sweet treat for the morning. My sister and I are already planning our return in the summer!

Sahiya and Gibran were amazing hosts! They checked up often to see how well we were acclimating (it was our first time in Oshawa). The place was clean, quiet, and peaceful—truly a sanctuary!

We spent a very happy time in your beautiful appartment, communication was perfect at all times when we had questions, the location is great (we love this part of Bloor street and High Park!), the whirlpool is super nice to relax in and to soak up the sun on cold winter days and there is even the a garage to keep the car free from snow - how nice! Highly recommended by us, thank you! :)
