The hospitality, cleanliness, and atmosphere was so relaxing and felt like home away from home. When we got there we were treated by warm, homemade cookies, a note, champagne, roses on the bed, and a present for our baby boy. The hot tub, grill, and outside patio was a huge plus. Sharen and Tony went above and beyond and were so kind. There was nothing I didn’t like about the pond house. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway your in the right place. One block from Brumleys Restaurant, which is in the General Morgan Inn and is very elegant dining. One half mile from the Niswonger Performing Arts Center. Take the Presidential history tour which is offered twice per day. Gatlinburg is one hour south from this apt. And Dollywood! Storytelling is in the oldest town in Tenn.

What guests are saying:“This was a wonderful experience for my family. Jerry and Carolyn are just the perfect hosts. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have a darling little dog named “Rusty” and I can’t say enough about the beautiful property or the whole Llama experience!!! We went inside the fence with several of them and they are so tame, sweet, curious, incredible animals. They also had lots of other cool animals.... We were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday with a surprise trip to the NASCAR race at Bristol (which I highly recommend EVEN if you are not a racing fan....what an awesome time....it is only one weekend of the year though) ... Anyway, this was a beautiful drive and not to far from the track (maybe 40 minutes or less even) This is a great place to stay and it will be even better when they open up their other building for a more private lodge. Carolyn layed out a really yummy display of breakfast items and had coffee available for us (which I wasn’t even expecting) and I thought it was such a nice touch. It was Just a really cool experience. Be prepared to take a lot of pictures on their little slice of heaven and don’t forget to check out their little gift shop with handmade Llama things.”
