Monthly Rentals in Greenland

A last minute booking to meet with my sister traveling for work ended up with the most wonderful stay. The stay at word barn came with everything we needed plus surprise farm fresh eggs. The word barn hosts events and concerts and we were lucky enough to stumble into an evening performance that we could enjoy from our space as well as attend as guests of the hosts. What a treat! The word barn was pet friendly and Katie enjoyed the lower level area as she wasn’t brave enough to ascend the beautiful spiral stair addition. Chatting with the hosts and throughout the stay we really felt the hospitality was exceptional with VIP treatment.

This was my second time staying at Deb's. It is a great place with wonderful amenities and host. It is spotless and very comfortable in an excellent location. Highly recommend. Looking forward to coming back.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at Sarah’s place! The historic details of the house are charming and the space felt warm, clean, and comfortable. We didn’t make much use of it but the kitchen looked perfect for cooking small meals and the coffee set-up is one of the nicer ones we’ve ever seen in an Airbnb. Sarah included lots of extra amenities like snacks, soaps, and coffee as well as a delightful welcome gift. The small table in the kitchen has a convenient outlet at table height and would make a great desk for anyone working remotely. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the different lighting options in the bedroom. Do note that because the house is historic there are some creaky floorboards and doors that stick. We didn’t mind this and found the space fairly quiet overall. The house is beautiful from the outside and we had nice views of autumn color from our window. One day we even saw wild turkeys outside! The Airbnb is only about a ten minutes drive into Portsmouth.

Wow! Wonderful Airbnb with amazing hosts! Alan and Karyn understand the meaning of hospitality! They thought of the extras that make guests happy. I love staying at an Airbnb where you truly feel at home and have everything you need. Comfortable beds! The house was beautifully decorated and charming. It has a nice big yard that our dogs enjoy. It's about 15 minutes to downtown Portsmouth, but we enjoyed the location. We took Ubers into town in the evening. If we are ever in the area again, we will stay here! Thanks, Alan and Karyn!
