This was our 2nd time staying here it was a pleasure as always me and my girlfriend both feel comfortable there. The location is great. Walking distance to everything. To sum it up if your looking for a nice weekend get away I would recommend staying here.

We visit GVL 2-3 times a year and love staying here so much that now we won’t stay anywhere else. Truly the best host, best location, and best properties in the area. The condo is central to everything downtown, and is immaculate, cozy, and very safe. Cindy is such a sweet, proactive, and thoughtful host. She makes sure you have everything you need for a great stay, and it’s all the little things like bottled waters, snacks, coffees and teas, creamers—she even left us a special surprise for our anniversary. We’re grateful to have been so well taken care of and once again had a great trip. Where you stay can make or break a trip, and this one absolutely makes it. Thanks Cindy!

Exceptional stay in Greenville. Couldn't ask for a better location, easy to park, host extremely responsive, instructions were easy to follow, very comfortable, place itself was very well appointed and clean. Would not hesitate to book this place again.

Excellent location central & walkable to everything good downtown. Place was easy find & well lit up to the entry door. There are lots of garages (with EV chargers) in immediate proximity so parking & charging shouldn't be an issue. Room wonderfully comfortable with amazing bed/pillows. Water pressure in shower was great, and place was spotless. If you're a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs, host has excellent whitenoise machine by window if some noise doesn't bother. That's the cost of being near such a lively area. We'll definitely book again when needing accommodations in the area.

What a great place! Very easy to find and park with the clear host instructions. The close dedicated parking is great and safe. The unit was ultra-clean and modern high-end appliances. The bed was a new cozy memory foam mattress. Highly recommended!

Was in town for the week for a work trip. Really enjoyed the location as it was a short walk to the downtown section. Home was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great value for the location.

We had a fantastic stay! It was so clean, spacious, and very comfy! Our guests loved it also! It was nicely decorated and supplied with all your basic needs. The gated community added a great level of security, and the area inside the gates was really quiet and calm. The host was responsive, helpful, and offered thorough instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

It was everything we needed! The condo feels spacious and has everything you need to feel at home. It worked great for my dog and toddler as the place was very dog and kid friendly.

This place was exactly what we needed while visiting family in Greenville for the holidays. Joshua was a very responsive host and even allowed us to extend our trip a couple extra days. The location is very close to downtown and great local restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re in the Greenville area.

I had such a lovely experience staying here! The space was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong (perfect for getting a bit of work done), and I appreciated the little touches like the coffee setup and local recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to great restaurants and shops—plus it was just a short drive to downtown Greenville. The host was communicative, kind, and made check-in a breeze. Whether you're passing through or staying for a while, I definitely recommend this place. I'd absolutely stay again the next time I'm in town.

Stayed at their apartment for work , everything was nice and Clean really enjoyed booking with Victor, he would respond very quickly when i had a question. i would recommend him to book with him!! i give him a 5 star

This was the perfect location for our stay during the SEC women’s basketball tournament. We could walk to and from the games. The condo was pristine and very functional. Our only issue was the cost of the parking garage which our host addressed in a very positive manner. We would stay here again. Host incredibly helpful and responsive.

This loft was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. My husband and I wanted a location in downtown Greenville that was walking distance to all the great attractions, shops and restaurants and that’s exactly what we got! April is a great time of year to visit so you can enjoy the weather for all the walkable spots. We didn’t get in our car again until it was time to leave! The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and timely on responses! I have already recommended this stay to a few friends and family. We look forward to visiting again someday.

We were very pleased with our stay. I was very close to were we needed to be. The townhome was very clean. We had an issue with the toilet which was fixed very quickly. Check in and check out was very easy. Jenny was very quick to respond to our questions. We enjoyed our stay and will keep her in mind the next time we are in the area.

The condo was in a perfect location for walking to great downtown restaurants and accessing the trails along the River! It was super clean and the bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable I have experienced in a short stay rental. The street side bedroom as described by the owner is over the restaurant below and music/voice’s couldn’t be heard until around 10:30pm. The owner provided earplugs if needed but I just used my sound machine and had no problem falling asleep. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Greenville!

This unit is so cute and functional. The view is nice and we loved sitting on the balcony playing games for hours. Super experience!

Super well located spot - right next to Fluor Field in Greenville’s West End. Really comfortable condo - walkable to downtown and Reedy Falls. Space was quiet, spacious and well stocked with provisions. Very pleased with this find!
