Villa with direct access to Lake Orta. The villa is surrounded by a garden where you can spend a relaxing day on the shores of the most romantic of Italian lakes. Swimming lake with particularly clear waters. The water temperature is particularly mild and it is possible to swim from late May until early October. It is also ideal as a base for those wishing to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, Valsesia and many others. Located on a small pedestrian street, it enjoys a unique peace and tranquility while maintaining its proximity to the city and the lake, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
