Dieses im September 2025 fertiggestellte Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in Stralsund/Devin, unweit des Strelasunds. Ein kleiner Badestrand sowie der Kurpark mit Kurhaus(Restaurant) befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten weit entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe ermöglicht bequeme Ausflüge in die Altstadt von Stralsund. Südöstlich von Devin liegt das Naturschutzgebiet "Halbinsel Devin" und neu geschaffen wurde der Naherholungsraum Devin mit ca. 17km Wanderwegen.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

A temporary home: our renovated bright 2-room apartment in the heart of Greifswald. Each apartment honors a regional personality. Centrally and quietly located, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The marketplace, the Pomeranian State Museum and the museum harbor are just a few steps away. There is a charging station for electric cars right outside the door. Modernly equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and kitchen. In the house: Restaurant & Café Lichtblick (closed on Sundays).

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can visit the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults). + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

After a day on the beach, a bike ride or a walk through the Mönchgut, probably the most beautiful part of the island of Rügen, you will look forward to returning to this apartment. Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswalder Bodden. Throughout the accommodation, the exposed old beams and rustic decor are reminiscent of the building's history. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also quickly reach the desired places by car.

Apartment 15 Haus Charlotte

Haus Charlotte is located directly on the traffic-calmed main road (play street) of Binz. At one end, the main road of Binz closes with the pier, at the other end in extension with Lake Schmacht. Our house itself houses 2 shops, a fashion shop and the Küsteneck, full of souvenirs typical of Rügen. Many shops line the main street.
