Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Here, the clocks tick a little slower: our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for time together with family or friends. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous cycle paths are only a few minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbour.

The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The 200 year old pisé home offers all modern comforts, including a full kitchen, heating, wi-fi, and a furnace. It is located amidst a 3000 square meter charmingly wild garden with fruit trees, a barbecue spot, a tree house, a trampoline and a sandbox. Up to 12 persons may stay in the four lovingly designed bedrooms.

The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
