It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Opa Wilhelm".

Die „Fischerhäuser Heiligenhafen“ liegen auf einem sehr ruhigen Grundstück, direkt am malerischen Binnensee und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt, dem Hafen und dem Strand entfernt. Die Anlage besteht aus zwei stilvollen Doppelhäusern. Über eine private Auffahrt gelangen die Gäste zu den hauseigenen Parkplätzen. Jedes Haus hat eine private Sauna, großen Fahrradschuppen, einen Ofen mit kostenlosem Holz und ein "Brötchenhol-Fahrrad". Die kleinen Gäste freuen sich über ein Trampolin.

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein großzügiges Esszimmer, die Küche mit separater Speisekammer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Doppel Schlafzimmer mit je einem Duschbad en-suite, ein Gäste-WC und der Hauswirtschaftsraum. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 7 DZ und 1 EZ, sowie 4 Badezimmer.

Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.
