Small traditional Toulouse house, said to be on one level, completely renovated, located in the Sept Deniers district, a stone's throw from the Ponts Jumeaux and 15 minutes from the hyper center. In fine weather, you can enjoy a dining area on the terrace in the shade of an arbor overlooking the owner's vegetable garden and in case of high heat, the recently installed air conditioning will bring you some freshness.

Simple and practical studio, downtown, shops

Our goal is to provide the best possible welcome to travelers passing through, within a reasonable budget. Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. Bus lines L109 - Labège or L6 and 81 - Toulouse via the metro are 100 m away. Security cam outside.

Nature lovers will find their happiness in the 45 m2 COSMOS house on the edge of the forest. You will enjoy the calm and greenery 14 km north/east of Toulouse. The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

Un jardin privatif mais aussi le parc du château sont à votre disposition ( jeux pour enfants, boulodrome, espaces verts...etc) La maison sur deux niveaux dispose, au rez-de-chaussée d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un salon, à l'étage 2 petites chambres et une salle d'eau avec wc. House in a small village forty minutes from Toulouse and fifteen minutes from Montauban. Swimming lake and walk four kilometers. The accommodation is suitable for a family of 4. But not more than 2 workers. Please note that I do not provide bed linen and bath towels. PS: robotic lawnmower on the grassy area (3 hours per day)
