Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

Many tourist attractions and leisure activities nearby, Ariège River at the end of the road! Beautiful walks along Ariège, fishing spot… The house overlooks a beautiful 3600 m2 park with swimming pool, barbecue, children's games, foosball… The outdoors and pool are shared with our family. It's a place where you always feel like you're on vacation!!!

A nearby bar can generate noise pollution on certain evenings, so we provide you with earplugs if necessary while waiting for administrative authorization to change our windows. During the day the accommodation is quiet.
