Maison au bord du Loing, de 1 à 6 voyageurs. Grand jardin arboré de 900 m2 sur rive, ponton privé, baignade, pêche, ballade (bord d eau sécurisé par une barrière). barbecue à charbon (charbon non fourni), salon de jardin. La maison se compose d une véranda salle à manger, une cuisine toute équipée (gaz, four, machine à laver..), une salle d eau, une chambre avec un lit de 160, un salon avec cheminée et 2 canapés lits, lit parapluie. Idéal pour un séjour campagne chic, repos, calme et zenitude !

Charmant studio indépendant avec cheminée, entièrement rénové, donnant sur une belle cour commune. Situé entre les chemins de randonnée de la forêt de Fontainebleau et le Loing. Un ménage de qualité est prévu par nos propres soins ( compris dans le prix). Pour information nous avons remplacé le canapé convertible (couchage quotidien) afin d'offrir plus de confort aux visiteurs. Location de vélos (dont électriques) possible chez notre voisin (instructions sur la dernière photo de l'annonce).

Le gîte Ô Lunain, maison de 40m2 située à Nonville , village de la vallée du Lunain entre Fontainebleau, Nemours et Morêt Sur Loing. Havre de paix dans propriété de 4 hectares de jardin, de bois avec rivière . Nous habitons sur place dans une autre maison,nous vous accueillerons avec plaisir. Chauffage électrique et poêle à bois pour ceux qui veulent. Déconseillé aux enfants de - de 10 ans par mesure de sécurité ( rivière).

Accès direct à l'Insead ou au Grand Parquet par les boulevards extérieurs. 60 m2 entièrement restaurés avec poutres et mur de pierre pour un grand séjour, coin cuisine et repas. A l'étage, une grande chambre lumineuse et confortable ainsi qu'une salle de bain au design contemporain. Accès WIFI fibre privative. Le petit plus : un jardinet agréable, orienté ouest...

Notre chalet, rénové en 2020, est situé au coeur de la forêt de Fontainebleau. Amateurs de balades à pied ou à cheval, passionnés d'escalade ou amoureux de la nature, ce lieu est fait pour vous ! Nous espérons que vous aimerez autant que nous séjourner dans notre chalet. Ce lieu est un petit havre de paix à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur où une cheminée vous attend pour les soirées fraîches. Draps et serviettes de bain sont fournis dans le prix. Aucune fête n'est autorisée sur place.
