A 200 m2 family house with 5 bedrooms, one of which is dedicated to a relaxation room and home cinema. Large space with a 75 m2 living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, rooftop, large 120 m2 terrace, swimming pool, air conditioning, jacuzzi (optional) and chicken coop. We ask tenants to feed our cats and chickens, which stay outside. We are 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, 18 minutes from Libourne and 2 minutes from Branne, where you will find all amenities.
