The annex is beautifully located in the 2nd row from the sea, with lovely demarcated private garden. We have 2 min. to beautiful views of Kullen, the harbour and the coast, as well as 7 min. walk to the beach with a bridge, and thus ample opportunity for a morning dip! Follow the Fyrstien towards old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from where there is a breathtaking view.

The heart of the house is a combined room consisting of kitchen, dining and living room. From here, there is access to three bedrooms and a west-facing terrace, with sunsets. The garden invites activity, play and relaxation for children and adults (trampoline, fire pit, etc.).

The cozy and undisturbed 40 m2 vacation apartment/annex with bathroom and kitchen, has access to its own wooden terrace/garden with garden furniture in the summer.

With only a 10-minute walk to the beach, you can quickly get a cooling dip in the sea. The trip to the beach goes through the beautiful nature area “AP Møller Grunden”, which in summer is the perfect place for a picnic. The cottage is full of coziness - both outside and inside. And on rainy days, summer evenings can still be enjoyed outside, under the beautiful covered terrace.

There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen/livingroom, and 1 bathroom. A cozy town just 2 km away and the beach across the street!

In addition, you will have your own exit to Gilbjergstien, with direct access to the city and hiking trails along the sea. Leave your car. You won't need it anymore. The cottage is in walking distance to everything in Gilleleje. Enjoy the quiet evenings and watch the big ships sail by.

Welcome to this modern 80 sqm summer house in North Zealand, just 550m from the beach. The house has a large open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining space, and fireplace. There are two bedrooms (140 cm and 160 cm beds) and a spacious bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Enjoy the terrace and garden for a relaxing stay.
