Cheap studio apartment for a nice stay

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von In Darmstadts grünen Norden gelegene, vollmöblierte, helle und einladende 1 Zimmer Wohnung - "Studio" (Schlaf- sowie Wohnbereich - siehe Bilder), in der man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt, Koffer abstellen und genießen. Es wurde extra günstig gehalten für die Weihnachtszeit. Falls zwei verschiedene Gäste anreisen, können wir auch die zwei Boxspringbetten auseinderstellen oder es bleibt als ein Doppelbett wie auf den Bildern. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Anreise.

The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of a field and yet only 300 m to the baker. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. The apartment is in a quite residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transport (RMV). In our street (about 3 minutes walk) the bus is every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached after about 10 minutes, which runs every 15 minutes. The Darmstadt MAIN STATION is less than 2.5 km away. Also the connection to the motorway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

Here you can expect a stay in a modern 2-room apartment with a generous 70 square meters. The kitchen is fully equipped. From the balcony you can enjoy the fresh air and in good weather also a meal. The spacious king-size bed promises restful nights. The tram is only 750 m away and takes you to Darmstadt in just 10 minutes.
