Das ca. 28 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

The apartment offers two bedrooms, a living/bedroom, a kitchen, a modern bathroom and a hallway. Whether as a family, with friends, as a couple or on a business trip, you should feel comfortable from the first moment. With five people, one person sleeps comfortably in the living area.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transportation (RMV). In our street (approx. 3-minute walk), the bus runs every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached in approx. 10 minutes, it runs every 15 minutes. Darmstadt central train station is less than 2.5 km away. Likewise, the connection to the highway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

Centrally located 2-room apartment in Weiterstadt with good access to the surrounding area. 8 km to Darmstadt, 30 km to Frankfurt, 22 km to Frankfurt Airport. Nevertheless, it is quietly located in Weiterstadt-Kernstadt. The local recreation areas of Odenwald, Taunus and Spessart are easily accessible. Direct public transport to Darmstadt and by train to Aschaffenburg and Mainz.
