The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

The Zeevonk offers a complete, cozy and luxurious vacation home in Serooskerke with free Wi-Fi and TV. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and a large double bed. Outside, there is a canopy with a nice terrace, and you can safely park your car at the house. Serooskerke is a cozy village with all amenities within walking distance. A wonderful place for peace and quiet and if you love animals. Both the beach and the beautiful city of Middelburg are not far away. All easily accessible by bike. The house is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. Your faithful four-legged friend is also welcome after consultation!

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
