Small town Iowa, easy access to WDSM/Waukee/Grimes/Johnston/Adel. Less than a 20 min. drive to an abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions - not including the great places to eat/visit in town. Beautiful, quiet, tree lined street. Super close to everything: 16 miles to downtown Des Moines, 15 miles to West Des Moines, 10 miles to Saylorville Lake, only 32 miles to Ames The main level has a laundry area, a kitchen, dining room, one bathroom, and a comfy sitting area with a chaise and two recliners—perfect for kicking back and watching TV after a long day. Upstairs you’ll find a bathroom with a shower, 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a twin bed and one extra room that is great for reading or working.

Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. The 800+ sq ft space includes a private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and balcony with views of downtown. Picnic table and grassy area below balcony can be used on those nice Iowa days.
