Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Cozy and rural holiday apartment over 2 floors. Children's gate on the terrace and inside by the stairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 guest beds 90 cm, as the top mattress is a comfortable Tempur mattress. 1 bathroom with washing machine and shower cabinet. Large terrace. Gas grill and outdoor furniture. Large lawn. Short distance to the sea and the zoo about 7 km. 15 min walk to fishing and swimming area by the sea. Sørlandsenteret is right next to the zoo. 10 km to Sommerbyen Lillesand and 20 km to Kristiansand

1st floor apartment in older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking space behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NOT channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. A 160 bed and a crib on the other. Well-equipped kitchen with most things you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host himself lives on the 2nd floor.

Visit Kristiansand Zoo, work, fish or vacation in Sørlandet? Large, rural, well-equipped apartment, 2 bedrooms, 6 beds. Free parking for several cars, electric car charger. 20 minutes to Dyreparken, 10 minutes to Kjevik airport, 15 minutes to Hamresanden, Norway's longest sandy beach and 25 minutes to Kristiansand with ferry and train connections. Quiet and peaceful with a good outdoor area and a view of the Tovdalselva river. Swimming and fishing spots within walking distance

Apartment by Grimstad harbour.

From this residence in a perfect location right by Grimstad guest harbor you have easy access to everything. Here you can walk across the street and take your morning dip on the city beach, enjoy breakfast at one of the city's many eateries and stroll through Grimstad's pleasant streets. There are several supermarkets within walking distance, and a wide cultural offer in the city in summer. You can also head to Dyreparken which is under half an hour's drive away.

Idyll in Sørlandet by Tovdalselva near Dyreparken

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by the Tovdalselva river. The apartment is totally newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with kids) and groups. The bedrooms are arranged for two families on the trip, but are also great for a group of friends on a fishing trip. The Tovdalselva is a recognized salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

The apartment is located in the basement of the seaside house in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. In the living room there is both a seating area and dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/seafront is agreed with the host.

Fra leiligheten har du gang-og sykkelavstand turområder, dagligvarebutikk, og Kvadraturen (byen) med alle sine fasiliteter. Leiligheten har en fin beliggenhet i høy 1. etasje, med god takhøyde og store vindusflater.  Svært sentralt, men allikevel i rolige omgivelser.
