Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Large terrace. Gas grill and outdoor furniture. Large lawn. Short distance to the lake and the Zoo about 7 km. 15 min walk to fishing and swimming area by the lake. Sørlandsenteret is located right next to the Zoo. 10 km to the summer town Lillesand and 20 km to Kristiansand

Downtown apartment with parking space in the middle of Grimstad. The apartment is located in the beautiful Biooddgata. Bicycle shed and close to bus stop. The parking space is under the building in the underground car park in the designated space. Ready made beds and towels included. Please let me know if there are any questions. It is a short distance to the swimming area and Grimstad city center. The kitchen is well equipped. Two bathrooms with washing machine. Nice patio with seating area.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. From this residence with a perfect location right by Grimstad guest harbor you have easy access to everything. Here you can walk across the street and take a morning dip on the town beach, enjoy breakfast at one of the town's many restaurants and stroll through Grimstad's pleasant streets. There are several supermarkets within walking distance, and a wide range of cultural activities in the city during the summer. You can also take a trip to the Zoo which is less than half an hour's drive away.

Meget koselig hytte på idyllisk sted. Her kan man nyte utsikt til elva og fantastisk natur. Den har også ballbinge og Setesdalsbanen i nærheten. Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

Short distance to beaches, shopping, pedestrian street, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. Free parking in the garage. There is no terrace in the apartment. There is a short distance to the bus stop and good bus connections to Arendal, Lillesand, Kristiansand (e.g. Dyreparken, Sørlandsparken) etc.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Perfect place for a small family or alone by the lake. The boathouse is from the 70s and is built in a traditional way. Here you can enjoy the lake view, take a bath or lie in the sun. The boathouse is simply furnished with everything you need of kitchen utensils, dish towels and dust cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper. The boathouse is insulated. Double bed (150) in bedroom, double sofabed in living room.

Representative and large house with proximity to the beach, Grimstad city center, golf course and zoo. From E 18 there is a short distance to the property that has plenty of space for parking. Approx. 30 min drive to the zoo at Kristiansand. Our guests come to a home we love very much. Here there is plenty of space and we think our home is characterized by warmth, history and good facilities.

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with a new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. It is possible to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/shore is agreed with the host.
